Mapping Out Your Location Compared to Suman's In the book we are reading, "Suman Crosses the Karnali River" the main character, Suman, lives in Nepal. Use the link here to create a map showing where you live in comparison to Suman. In the notes section write some statements using vocabulary words like country and continent. We will add this to our EIE portfolio.
Remembering What We Read Last week we read the first part of the book "Suman Crosses the Karnali River". Before we continue our reading, we need to retell what we have already read. Click here to go to Kahoot to show me what you remember about our story so far.

You have worked very hard in class to research your animal. You have found some wonderful information about that animal. Now it is time to make a final presentation so you can share your research in a fun and engaging way! You will be using the websites below to find 6 photographs of the animal you researched. Remember, we do not use Google! You will be saving your photos to your H drive (lunch number) so we can access these when we need them. Once you have your six photos saved you will be creating your presentation using the program PhotoStory 3. For each photo you will need to type one fact. You will also be recording your voice to share even more information and adding music and transitions to make your presentation stand out! Here is an example of a PhotoStory I created about rhinos. Yours will be similar, but with your photos and facts of course!
